In addition to the core subjects all Year 9 students must integrate a wide range of options drawn from The Arts and Languages areas, into their academic programme.

Year 10

In Year 10, students continue their study of all core subjects, and also select two option subjects for year-long study. It is expected that students will continue to study these option subjects through into their Year 11 programme.

Year 11

In Year 11, all students must study English, Mathematics and Science. Students additionally study three further subjects from the wide range available. All subjects are assessed internally and externally, and contribute towards the National Certificate of Educational Achievement qualification.

Year 12

Year 13

In Year 13, all students will normally select five subjects and have one timetable line available for Research. This may be varied with the agreement of their Dean. All subjects are assessed internally and externally, and contribute towards the National Certificate of Educational Achievement qualification.
